SNAP! Photography provides professional photography services to sports leagues, businesses and other organizations across the great South-Eastern Pennsylvania region. When an organization you (or your child) are affiliated with (for example, your child's sports league, your university, or your employer) engages SNAP! to photograph you (or your family members), that organization may provide basic roster information about the people who will be photographed to help us facilitate Picture Day and process and fulfill product orders. We limit the information we collect to only what is necessary for Picture Day and other related purposes authorized by your organization (such as creating a yearbook). We collect this basic information to match names to the pictures we take and for efficient distribution within the organization. We may also receive your email or mailing address in order to deliver Picture Day-related communications on behalf of your organization. In those cases, we do not retain or use your contact information for any other purpose unless you become our customer by purchasing our products, or if you opt in to receive updates and promotional offers from us. We do not sell, license, or share the personal information we collect with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Service Providers We sometimes use third-party service providers to act on our behalf, for example to help us fulfill your product orders, process payments, enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us, or to deliver our advertisements. Our service providers may receive your name and contact information, payment information, information about purchases you've made, cookies and other device identifiers, IP address, and website browsing and interaction activity. These service providers are only allowed to use your information in connection with the specific service they provide on our behalf. Opting out of Marketing Communications If you no longer want to receive marketing communications from us, you can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages you receive.
COPYRIGHT: All photos are copyrighted to and remain the property of SNAP Photography. Photos may NOT be edited, cropped, enhanced, written across, decorated, photoshopped, or otherwise altered in anyway. CUSTOMER USAGE: Team are obtaining prints for personal use only and shall not sell said photographs or authorize any reproductions by parties other than Photographer. Photographs for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior consent from Photographer. A credit line which reads 'SNAP! PHOTOGRAPHY' in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all permitted published photographs. PRINTS / DELIVERY/ INFO: Upon receiving prints, customers accept all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Photographer does not permanently store image files. Upon receiving customers accept all responsibility for protecting prints. Photographer is NOT responsible for physical Prints after being released back to the league. To manage storage, once prints are released, digital photos will be archived and based upon space will eventually be removed entirely from our photo storage drives. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: We take the utmost care with respect to the exposure, retouching, and transportation of the digital images. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Photographer's control, Photographer's liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be rescheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage of originals shall be a prorated amount of the total amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged.
Return / Refund Policy: At SNAP Photo, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to return or refund an order. Missing Photo Orders: If you have not received your photo order, please report the issue to SNAP Photo within 60 days of the picture day. Upon verification of the missing order, we will offer you two options: Reprint: We will be happy to reprint the missing items for you. We will prioritize the reprint process to ensure you receive your photos as soon as possible. Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of a reprint, we will process the refund in the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account. Missing Items Reported after 60 Days: If you report missing items after the 60-day timeframe from the picture day, we regret that we cannot offer a reprint or refund for the missing items. However, you can reorder the items through SNAP Photo’s regular reorder system. Our customer support team can assist you with the reorder process if needed. Exchanges for Processing Errors: We take full responsibility for any processing errors on our part. If there is an error in your original order, such as incorrect cropping, printing defects, or other processing errors, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order. We will rectify the issue by offering an exchange for the affected items. Please note that exchanges will only be provided for processing errors, and not for any other reasons. Custom Printed Orders: All orders placed with SNAP Photo are custom printed to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, we do not offer exchanges for reasons other than processing errors. We recommend double-checking your order details, including spelling, photo selections, sizes, and quantities, before submitting your order.
